Return, exchange, warranty

Agras online store follows the requirements of Ukrainian consumer protection legislation regarding returns and exchanges.

The customer may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the goods have not been used, their original appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels, full set and proof of purchase have been preserved.

Please include your order number, full name, phone number and the reason for return or exchange. If the product is defective, damaged or incomplete, please attach photos or video.

After receiving the returned goods, we inspect their condition and completeness. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, or another method agreed with the customer. Refunds are processed within the terms provided by Ukrainian legislation (no later than 7 days).

Return shipping costs for goods of proper quality are paid by the customer. If the product has a manufacturing defect, was damaged before receipt or the wrong item was sent, return shipping costs are paid by the seller.

Goods of proper quality that cannot be returned under Ukrainian law, as well as goods made, cut, completed or ordered individually for the customer, are not subject to return or exchange.

Warranty

Products sold in the Agras online store are covered by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, if such warranty is provided for a specific product.

The warranty period, warranty terms and service procedure may vary depending on the product type, brand and manufacturer. Warranty information can be clarified with our manager before placing an order.

The warranty does not apply if the product was damaged due to improper installation, violation of operating rules, mechanical damage, unauthorized repair, misuse or natural wear and tear.
