The estimated or final shipping cost is displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. If the buyer chooses cash on delivery, the transfer fee is paid by the buyer according to the carrier's rates.
The estimated delivery time by Nova Poshta carrier is 1–3 business days after the order is sent. The order is sent for delivery after confirmation by the manager or after payment is credited if the buyer has chosen prepayment.
The buyer can receive the order at the selected branch or Nova Poshta post office, if this method is available for the selected product and location.
After sending the order, the buyer is sent an express invoice number. You can use this number to track the delivery status on the website or in the Nova Poshta mobile application.
We pack the goods in such a way as to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. When receiving the order, the buyer has the right to inspect the goods, check the integrity of the packaging, the complete set and the absence of visible damage. In case of damage to the goods during delivery, it is necessary to draw up a report with the carrier representative and notify us by phone +38 (068) 400-00-15 or by email poliv.agras@gmail.com.
Orders are delivered by the carrier "Nova Poshta" in Ukraine to the branch, post office or courier to the buyer's address, if such a service is available in your locality. After placing the order, the buyer receives an order confirmation and an express invoice number for tracking the shipment.

Usually, the standard delivery time is 1-3 working days. For express delivery, this term can be shortened.
You also have the option of choosing to pick up your order yourself at the nearest "Nova Poshta" branch.
When receiving the goods, you have the right to check the contents of the order before signing the receipt.
We guarantee reliable packaging of goods so that they reach you in an unchanged condition.
