The plastic ball valve with a combined internal-external thread (VZ) of the maximum diameter in the series 2" is the ideal choice. Unlike heavy metal valves, this polymer valve is completely inert to moisture, does not rust and is not damaged by aggressive chemical fertilizers that are often added to water during irrigation.
The combined thread (internal on one side and external on the other) makes this valve extremely practical. Installation tip from Agras.ua:When assembling large-diameter 2" threaded connections, be sure to use high-quality sealing materials - dense FUM tape or professional sanitary thread Koer. Wind the sealant strictly clockwise on the external thread. To avoid damaging the large plastic threads, screw the valve tightly by hand, and if necessary, tighten it very carefully, avoiding excessive force of large metal keys.
