The 16 mm × 1/2" union connector is designed to transition from a 16 mm blind tube to a 1/2" threaded connection. Such a fitting is used to connect a tube to faucets, filters, adapters, reducers, and other elements of the drip irrigation system.
The union connection provides a tight fit of the tube, and the internal thread allows for convenient connection of the fitting to parts with an external 1/2" thread.
