The Hunter 9V Direct Current (DC) Solenoid is a specialized device designed to operate solenoid valves in systems where 220V mains is not available. Unlike standard 24V models, this solenoid consumes energy only when opening and closing the valve, which allows the controller to run for years on a regular "Krona" battery.
Versatility and reliability
This solenoid is a universal replacement for the entire line of Hunter plastic valves. It allows you to upgrade your irrigation system to autonomous control without replacing the valve itself. Thanks to the high class of moisture protection, it works stably even in flooded valve boxes.
