Installation tip from Agras.ua:To ensure 100% tightness of the connection, be sure to use sealing materials, such as FUM tape or sanitary thread, winding them onto the external thread in a clockwise direction (in the direction of screwing). When working with plastic Irritec fittings, avoid excessive tightening with metal keys with a large lever to avoid damaging the polymer thread turns — the material's strength is quite sufficient for tight adhesion with moderate effort.
