Advice from Agras.ua:When connecting pipes with a diameter of 32 mm, it is important to push the pipe through the clamping ring and the rubber seal to the very end (there is a special limiting rim inside the body). If the pipe went in too easily, it probably stopped at the rubber ring. Push it a little further to ensure 100% tightness.
