The direct compression connection (coupling) 25×¾" with an internal thread is one of the most popular fittings for creating transitions to threaded nodes. The thoughtful design of the compression node consists of five main elements that provide absolute tightness of the connection in a matter of minutes:
Clamping nut— an external element that, when screwed on, firmly clamps and securely fixes the fitting to the PE pipe.
Stop (collet) ring— tightly surrounds the pipe wall, resting against the clamping nut (1) and the stop ring (3) during installation, which completely prevents the pipe from being pulled out of the fitting under high pressure.
Stop ring (bushing)— fixes and evenly presses the internal seal when tightening the nut.
Sealing gasket— an elastic ring made of wear-resistant NBR rubber, which provides 100% tightness of the connection and makes any water leakage impossible.
Fitting body— a durable polymer body with a transition to a precise internal thread of ¾".
