The compression fitting 32x1" is the result of many years of research and the introduction of innovative materials, which allows for the creation of reliable water supply nodes even in the most difficult conditions.
Structural reliability (Assembly instructions):
The tightness of the fitting is based on a five-component fixation system:
- Clamping nut: A powerful thread reliably holds the entire structure on the pipeline.
- Stop ring (collet): Special teeth of the ring are embedded in the PE pipe when the nut is tightened, excluding any possibility of pipe pulling out under pressure.
- Support ring: Performs the role of a layer that transmits forces to the seal and fixes its position.
- Sealing gasket: Made of high-quality elastomer, which provides a seal of the joint even with minor pipe deformations.
- Fitting body: Strong thermoplastic, resistant to ultraviolet radiation and mechanical impacts.
